Thanks to its HDMI eARC connection, the TDAI-1120 can also become the centre of a modern television sound system. Audio is transferred from the television through a single HDMI cable, while CEC support allows power and volume functions to be controlled from the television remote.

The analogue section includes a stereo RCA line input and an integrated MM phono input. A turntable fitted with a compatible moving-magnet cartridge can therefore be connected without requiring a separate phono preamplifier.
