Information and services for our customers
We have a stock of nearly 10,000 electronic parts to ensure fast and reliable repair work. We offer a 3-12 month warranty on all work we carry out.
We also have parts that are difficult to obtain or out of production that are not available in Europe, or only available in the longer term and at greater cost, so we have no problem supplying parts for older equipment.
On ourfault report page, you can enter the type of device, your details and a description of the fault, and choose whether you want to bring your faulty device to us in person or have it repaired on-site.
Record washing
For vinyl record lovers, we would like to give you a little help in keeping your records clean and well cared for.
The vacuum technique and its special fluid are excellent for removing dirt and tobacco smoke in deep grooves, as well as fingerprints and grease stains on the surface of the record. The end result is a fully cleaned, squeak and crackle-free plate that can be tested on site. After washing, the plates are treated against static build-up.
It is also possible to purchase a new internal antistatic bag and an external plastic case on site.
The price for washing the discs for all three formats (7", 10" and 12") is 350,- Ft.
The discs can be picked up within a few days, but if you want to wait for the cleaning, please bring a maximum of 3 discs and make an appointment with us at one of our contact numbers.

Service
We always repair the appliances you bring to us with parts that meet factory specifications. We offer a warranty of 3-12 months on repairs carried out by us, for which we will issue a warranty certificate. We will always provide a warranty seal on the housing.
Periodic maintenance
Periodic maintenance is an important part of electronic equipment, especially audio equipment. Initial failures or component fatigue can be easily detected and remedied before major failures occur, at a lower cost. It is therefore important to have your equipment inspected and assessed at regular intervals.
