Professional Repairs with High-Quality Components and Official Warranty
The repair of audio and hi-fi equipment entrusted to us is always carried out with great care, professional precision, and in accordance with the manufacturer's specifications. Our goal is not only to restore the equipment to working condition, but also to ensure that it operates reliably and safely over the long term.
During the repair process, we use only components that meet the technical requirements of the given device and comply with factory specifications. We pay particular attention to ensuring that the quality, values, and operating characteristics of the installed components are in harmony with the original design, thereby preserving the sound, character, and operational reliability of the equipment.
We provide a 6–12 month warranty on all repairs we carry out, depending on the nature of the repair, the components installed, and the condition of the device. An official warranty certificate is issued, containing the most important information related to the repair.
The housing of repaired devices is always fitted with a warranty seal. This ensures that, during the warranty period, it can be clearly verified whether the device has remained unopened and whether the warranty conditions have been observed.
Reliability, transparency, and a high standard of professional workmanship are of utmost importance to us. Accordingly, every repair is carried out responsibly, with documented warranty coverage and with the level of care appropriate to the value of the equipment.
Purchase of Used and Irreparable Equipment for Recycling Purposes
There may be cases where repairing an electronic or audio device is no longer technically possible, or where the cost of repair exceeds the realistic value of the equipment. In such situations, the device does not necessarily have to be treated as waste, as many of its components, mechanical units, controls, or accessories may still be valuable and usable for repairing other equipment.
Our service department purchases faulty, incomplete, or no longer economically repairable devices for recycling purposes, provided that some of their parts can still be salvaged and used professionally. Functional electronic units, switches, knobs, front panels, housing elements, connectors, and other accessories can often be of great help in the professional restoration of another similar device.
This is especially important in the case of older vintage audio and hi-fi equipment, where obtaining original or properly compatible parts is often difficult, costly, or even completely impossible. In this way, an irreparable device may still retain value and contribute to bringing other equipment back to working condition.
If you have a device that you no longer wish to have repaired, or whose repair is not economically worthwhile, please contact us. Based on the type, condition, and usable parts of the device, we will provide an individual purchase offer.
Our goal is to ensure that still-usable components do not go to waste, but are given a new life in a professional manner during the repair of other equipment. This is not only an economical solution, but also an environmentally conscious approach that helps reduce electronic waste and preserve valuable equipment.
Outstanding-Quality Components for Reliable Repairs
One of the fundamental requirements of professional repair work is the use of components of appropriate quality. Our service department places special emphasis on installing only reliable, durable, and technically suitable components during repairs, ensuring the stable long-term operation of the equipment while preserving its original character.
Our inventory includes more than 10,000 electronic components, which greatly supports fast and efficient repair processes. Thanks to this wide selection, the required parts are often immediately available, helping to avoid long procurement times and allowing repairs to be completed within a shorter timeframe.
During repairs, we use products from well-known manufacturers such as Vishay, Elna, Nichicon, Milflex, and Kemet. These brands have long been recognized in the electronics industry for their reliability, precise technical specifications, and durable operation. They play a particularly important role in the repair of audio and hi-fi equipment, where component quality can directly affect the operation, stability, and sonic characteristics of the device.
We pay close attention to ensuring that every installed component matches the technical requirements of the specific device. We consider not only values and specifications, but also the quality, load capacity, operational reliability, and function of the component within the given circuit. This is especially important in the case of older vintage audio equipment, where an unsuitable component choice may influence both the sound character and the long-term reliability of the device.
The use of high-quality components is not merely a technical matter, but the foundation of professional and responsible repair work. Our goal is to restore every device entrusted to us with a level of care and quality worthy of its value, technical standard, and sonic heritage.
For our service department, reliability, durability, and precision are not just promises, but guiding principles. This is why we work with proven, premium-quality components, a carefully maintained inventory, and a professional approach throughout every repair.
Periodic Maintenance and Condition Assessment for Audio Equipment
One of the most important conditions for the long-term, reliable operation of electronic equipment—especially audio and hi-fi devices—is regular periodic maintenance. In many cases, these devices serve for decades; however, the natural ageing of components, the stress caused by use, as well as dust, heat, and other environmental factors can gradually affect both their operation and sound quality.
Initial faults, component fatigue, or operating irregularities can often be detected at an early stage through a professional inspection. These may include contact issues, noisy potentiometers, weakening capacitors, unstable power supply, overheating, distortion, or small but revealing changes in the sound.
One of the major advantages of regular maintenance is that minor problems can be corrected before more serious faults develop. This can not only extend the service life of the equipment, but in many cases also protect the owner from significant repair costs.
This is especially important for older, vintage audio equipment, where the condition of original components, the load capacity of circuit sections, and the operation of mechanical switches require particular attention. A thorough condition assessment provides an accurate overview of the technical state of the device, whether intervention is necessary, and what maintenance or repair steps are recommended.
The aim of our service is to ensure that our customers' equipment continues to operate safely, stably, and with the best possible sound quality over the long term. For this reason, we recommend having your audio equipment inspected by a specialist at regular intervals, even if it appears to be functioning perfectly.
Preventive maintenance is not merely a repair service, but also a way of preserving value: it helps protect the technical condition, sonic character, and long-term reliability of your equipment.
Professional Vinyl Record Cleaning with Vacuum Technology
Proper care of vinyl records is essential for preserving their long lifespan and flawless sound quality. With our service, we offer a professional solution for record collectors and music enthusiasts who would like to have their records cleaned safely, effectively, and gently.
The cleaning is carried out using professional vacuum technology and a special record-cleaning fluid. This process effectively removes dirt deposited deep in the grooves, residue caused by tobacco smoke, as well as fingerprints, greasy marks, and other contaminants from the surface of the record.
As a result of careful cleaning, the sound of the record may become clearer, more detailed, and more enjoyable, while crackling and popping noises can be significantly reduced. Cleaned records can also be tested on-site upon request.
After the washing process, the records receive an antistatic treatment, which helps reduce static charge and may also decrease the re-accumulation of dust.
In our store, customers also have the option to purchase new inner antistatic sleeves and outer plastic protective covers, ensuring that the cleaned records remain properly protected over the long term.
The fee for vinyl record cleaning is a fixed HUF 500 per record, for all formats: 7", 10", and 12".
Records submitted for cleaning are usually ready for collection within a few days. If you would like to wait on-site while the cleaning is carried out, please bring no more than 3 records and contact us in advance through one of our available contact channels.
Flexible Payment Options for Our Customers' Convenience
At our service department, we believe it is important that using our repair, maintenance, and other services should not only be reliable from a professional point of view, but that the administration and payment process should also be simple, transparent, and convenient.
For this reason, we provide several payment options, allowing each customer to choose the most suitable solution.
Service fees can be paid in cash, which offers a quick and simple payment option for in-person transactions. In addition, bank transfer is also available, which is a particularly convenient solution for corporate customers, remotely arranged orders, or repair work agreed upon in advance.
